Job Description
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote access.
• Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware.
• Run software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

Job Description
• Responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, ensures that the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers and fulfills the needs of the users, as well as consults on general security measures.
